2. What name will appear on my credit card statement?

Your statement will show Paypal*HBC only. There will never be any mention of NottieDotti.com on your credit card or bank statements.

3. Are your prices subjected to tax?

No. The item and shipping prices shown are final with no hidden charges.

4. Can I cancel my order? 

You can’t because your order is processed and shipped on the same day.

5. What are the payment methods?

7. I made a mistake when entering my order details, how do i rectify?

8. Can I add or remove items on my order once confirmed?

We are quick shippers! So unfortunately once the order has been confirmed we are unable to amend any order details.

9. I can’t see my recent order in my order history

If your order was placed before you registered your email address, it will not show in your account history.

10. What currency can I use on the website?

We only accept US Dollar (USD).

12. Why are the prices cheaper than elsewhere?

We operate online, hence a lower rent. Also, we buy our products in bulk and when we say bulk, we really mean bulk.

1. Do you provide free Shipping?

Yes! Free shipping on orders above $88.

2. Is your Shipping discreet?

All shipments are discreetly packaged in standard kraft brown boxes or UPS/USPS supplied packaging. No name appears on the return address and our logo does not appear anywhere on the outside of the packaging. Our shipments make no mention of the nature of the contents, except when required by international customs regulations. For international shipments, where we must describe package contents, the descriptions are generic.

3. When will my order arrive?

4. What if i am not at home when my package arrives?

Simply schedule another appointment with the courier for a re-delivery.

5. Do you deliver to hotels?

We deliver to hotels and serviced apartments. Please leave your room number, contact number and first name and the parcel will be left at the front desk.

4. Do I need to register to shop online?

No, you don’t need to register to order online. When you click to ‘Proceed to Checkout’ you will be forwarded to our main Checkout page, which will give you an option to order without creating an account.

5. I’ve forgotten my login details

Not to worry. Just click the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the log in page and enter the email address you registered with. We’ll email you with further instructions.

6. I just placed an order; can I change my billing address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change your billing address once your order is confirmed. Please note, your card must be registered at your billing address.
